Our kettlebells are designed to have a consistent size across different weight options for a few reasons. Finally, standardising the size streamlines storage and space management, whether it's at home, in hotel rooms, or at fitness studios.

In the meantime, we're collaborating with select fitness and wellness studios across London, and will share all the details of our launch partners through our newsletter so you can trial Altere Edition 01 in a studio environment ahead of time. We're dedicated to minimising our carbon footprint, which is why we currently don't offer international delivery. Plus, shipping things that are purposely designed to be heavy just doesn't make sense to us, so we want to avoid this as much as possible.
Instead, we operate on a local production and delivery model. Our products use locally sourced construction material to divert waste from landfill and we deliver our products in the market they're produced, to minimise our environmental impact.
However, we're exploring opportunities to expand by potentially opening more studios near you. This way, you can experience our kettlebells and future products firsthand while supporting our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against production defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a production defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
